1. Great article Sarah. The major problems areas I see are companies investing in their social brand and recruitment strategy and still having a huge disconnect in the actual culture once people arrive. We are all about recruitment branding and educate hundreds of clients in this area but many fail to fix or acknowledge fundamental problems higher up the chain

    • Agreed, employer branding is two parts 1) what people think it’s like to work at your company and 2) what it’s like to work at your company.
